We Start Designing

We'll get the creative juices flowing and start creating. We will present a few options for you to choose from.

Approve for Production

Once we've received your final approval, we will begin production. Production times vary by product and quantity but are usually 5–7 business days.

Step 01: Email Us

We usually respond within two business days and will schedule a phone call to discuss your design, timing, production and pricing.

Be sure to include a few details that will help us get to know the project a little. The more details you provide, the easier the process will be! When we follow up with you, we'll ask for some inspirational to get an understanding of what you like. You can even make a quick sketch of your idea.

Include things like:

  • What you're looking for in the design
  • Any inspiration for us to work with
  • Which product you want the design on
  • How many would you like to order
  • When you need them by

    Step 02: We Start Designing

    We'll get the creative juices flowing and start designing. We will present a few options for you to choose from.

    We'll take your idea to the next level and present you with a few design directions. Once you've chosen the one you like the best, we'll finalize the design using your feedback and send you a digital proof of what the final product will look like.

    Step 03: Approve for Production

    Once we've received your final approval and payment, we'll begin production. Production times vary by product and quantity but are usually 2-3 business days.

    Check your proof carefully! We do not accept returns on custom products and are not responsible for typos once the proof is approved.

    We'll be upfront if more time is need in our initial conversations. Once we've finished making your order and it's ready to ship, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your new custom items!
