What is your shipping schedule?
We process orders before 9AM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We do our best to ship orders out within two business days. You should receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once we've processed your order. If you did not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder as it may inadvertently appear there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International packages often take a bit longer to arrive than domestic orders, so please be patient.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Most orders are dropped at the post office for shipping within 2–3 business days. Most packages are shipped priority mail which can take 3–5 days to arrive. We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping.
What do I do if my package has not arrived?
If it has been more than four weeks, please send an email to hello@brightfutureheirloom.com.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number should appear in your confirmation email. If you can not find your confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
My tracking number says my item is in transit and it has not yet arrived. What do I do?
Shipment tracking is complicated and the postal service may miss a scan. Please note that your order is likely on its way. In the event that your order doesn’t arrive after four weeks from the date of shipping confirmation, please email us at hello@brightfutureheirloom.com. You can also request that the USPS search for your package on their website.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns, however we do not pay for return postage and we do not refund shipping costs. We'll be happy to process your return if you contact us within five days of receipt AND the item is returned to us within thirty days of contacting us. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at hello@brightfutureheirloom.com.
I own a store and I would like to stock Bright Future Heirloom products. Do you have wholesale pricing?

Can I personalize one of your designs?
Yes, we love to make custom products! Visit our Custom Design page for more details about our process. We do not accept returns on customized designs under any circumstance. Period.
Can you design something just for me?
